Before opening each day, inspect the inflatable products for scratches, tears, delamination, or loose stitching. Ensure fans, wires, plugs, and sockets are intact and undamaged. Check that ground stakes, sandbags, and straps are secure, and clear the ground of any sharp objects. During operation, conduct inspections every 1–2 hours to monitor stable air pressure, check for overheating or unusual noises from the fans, and promptly remind visitors to follow safety rules. After closing, turn off the fans and deflate the equipment before cleaning the surface with clean water and a soft cloth. Do not use high-pressure water jets directly on seams. Mark and repair any minor damage on the same day. The products must be completely dry before storage to prevent mold and delamination.
2、Regular Maintenance and Structural Care
Perform a thorough cleaning weekly, focusing on slide surfaces, climbing areas, and entry passages. Check for loose stitching, anchor points, D-rings, and straps. Clean fan filters and inspect for rust on all fastening devices. Conduct a full leak test monthly: after inflation, identify slow leaks, check for adhesive aging and seam separation, especially at corners, high-stress areas, and the bottom of slides. Also, verify the proper functioning of fans, motors, distribution boxes, ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs), and grounding systems. Perform deep cleaning and disinfection quarterly, and apply reinforcement patches to high-friction areas. Conduct a comprehensive structural overhaul annually, including refurbishing, re-gluing, and replacing sections of aged material, as well as updating safety signage and emergency response plans.
3、Fan and Electrical System Safety
Keep fan filters clean by regularly removing dust and debris to ensure unobstructed airflow. During operation, monitor for unusual noises, odors, or overheating; shut down immediately for inspection if any abnormality is detected. Regularly check wires, plugs, sockets, and distribution boxes to eliminate risks of aging, exposed wiring, or short circuits. Ensure GFCIs and grounding devices are fully functional; do not use unauthorized wiring. Lubricate fan bearings with grease per the manufacturer's specifications. Inspect or replace motors with abnormal temperatures promptly to avoid equipment failure that could cause product collapse or safety incidents.
4、Damage Handling and Rapid Repair
For small tears (≤5cm), follow the repair process: clean → sand → apply adhesive → attach patch → press firmly → let cure for 24 hours. Address all minor damage the same day to prevent enlargement. For slow leaks, apply soapy water to the surface to locate bubbles, then repair using the tear process. For extensive damage, severe delamination, or failure at structural load points, return the unit to the factory or arrange for professional repair; do not operate defective equipment. Maintain detailed records of all repairs, including the location of damage, repair time, materials used, and responsible personnel, for traceability and management.
5、Safe Operation and On-Site Management
